Refund and Cancellation Policy for Amplified Learning.

1. Refund Policy
a. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are applicable in cases where services have not been delivered as promised, and the student is dissatisfied with the tutoring service received.
b. Refund Request Process:
Students must submit a refund request through the website or contact our customer support within [X days] from the date of the tutoring session. The request should include details of the issue and reasons for dissatisfaction.
c. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 5 days from the date of the refund request approval. The processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

2. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation by Students:
Students may cancel a scheduled tutoring session without incurring charges by providing notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
b. Late Cancellation:
Late cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50 % of the session cost.
c. No-Show Policy:
If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee may be charged.
d. Cancellation by Tutors:
Tutors may cancel a scheduled session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be notified as early as possible, and alternative arrangements or a refund will be offered.
3. Subscription Services
a. Refunds for Subscription Plans:
Refunds for subscription plans will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period. Refund requests should be submitted within one month from the start of the subscription.
b. Cancellation of Subscription:
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be incurred.

a. Changes to the Policy:
